Monorepos
Answer yes to Do you need a monorepo?, or pass --monorepo. Kiln uses the API monorepo kit of AdonisJS, which has a Turborepo workspace.

- .claude/skills/
Flow supports one AdonisJS app in a repository. The AdonisJS app holds flow.lock, and the workspace root holds what the agents read: CLAUDE.md, .flow/ and the skills. So run the agents from the root.
npx flow install writes the folder of the app in front of each review glob, such as apps/backend/app/**.
#The checks
npm run lint, npm run typecheck and npm test at the root run through Turborepo, for each app that has the script. CI runs these same commands. So a new app gets checked when you give it these scripts.
